Persona Teacups

Persona is a contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional Chinese tea cup. A family of simple teacups which initially seem identical but soon show their own subtle personality.

Closer inspection reveals a series of individual texture like patterns which are almost more tactile than visual. The true quality of these cups are only fully appreciated once held in the hand or up against the light, when the translucency of the delicate porcelain accentuates the patterns.

‧     Seamless & Thin: For the shape is formed by jiggering, there is no mould joint lineor injection gate left on the wall of the cup.

‧     Craftsmanship matters: Tailor-made manufacturing process. Only experienced craftsman with doubled time and moulds can achieve such a delicate perfection. Quantity produced per day is only 12.5%~20% of regular production for normal ceramic products.

Usage

1.      Hand wash recommended. Dishwasher safe.

2.      Rinse thoroughly after each use to prevent tea stains.

3.     Microwave safe.

1.           When serving hot tea, please hold carefully-- it is hot!

2.           Fragile products, please be careful to prevent breakage or damage.

3.           Use sponge and mild detergent to remove tea stains. Do not scrub the surface forcefully.
