After payment is transferred, please email us at ec.service@jia-inc.com and specify the payment date, amount, and the last 5 digits of bank account number. We will arrange the goods upon receipt of payment. To protect the rights and interests of other consumers, if the payment is not made within 3 days after ordering, we will cancel your order.

Overseas payment (for Hong Kong、Macau):

Only by credit card.

Delivery notice

We will deliver the goods within 2-7 working days after payment is received (not including weekends and national holidays.)

To protect the goods, we will pack the goods properly. After receiving the goods, please open the box and check immediately to confirm the goods and package are intact.

Delivery area and shipping charge

Taiwan (only on the island): Delivery by HCT. Free shipping if the order is over NT$1,000 or each order will be charged NT$100 home delivery fee.

Overseas (Hong Kong, Macau): Delivery by SF Express. Free shipping if the order is over NT$3,000 or each order will be charged NT$500 home delivery fee.

Overseas (Singapore, Malaysia): Delivery by SF Express. Free shipping if the order is over NT$6,000 or each order will be charged NT$850 home delivery fee.

Invoice issuance instructions

Q: Will you provide me with an invoice?

A: JIA will issue electronic invoices for every order. An invoice will be issued within 5 working days after delivery, and the electronic invoice will be sent to you by E-Mail. If you need to correct the invoice information or change the invoice type, please contact customer service ec.service@jia-inc.com within 2 days after placing the order.

Note:

Some products cannot be shipped overseas. Delivery in Taiwan takes about 1-2 working days. Please wait patiently.

Precautions

If it fails to be delivered for 2 times, and we try to contact but cannot reach the receiver for more than three days, or deliveries are rejected twice, the order will be cancelled.
