Dear Customer,
Please be reminded:
JIA will never contact you via text message or phone call to request your bank account or credit card information under any circumstance. We will also never ask you to visit a bank branch or operate an ATM.
If you receive such suspicious messages or calls, please stay alert and do not follow any instructions from unknown sources. Should you have any doubts, please contact JIA directly or call the National Police Agency Anti-Fraud Hotline at 165 for verification.
Please be especially cautious of incoming calls with prefixes like "+", "+2", or "+886" — these may be spoofed numbers used by scammers pretending to represent companies, banks, or government agencies. Do not click on unknown links, accept unfamiliar LINE friend invitations, or respond to suspicious text messages.
Common scam tactics include:
- Claims of "duplicate orders"
- Accusations of "mistaken installment payments
These are used to gain your trust and then trick you into using online banking or ATM operations. If you encounter any issues regarding bank transactions, please contact your bank directly. Refuse any requests to provide personal or account details to avoid falling victim to fraud.
To protect your information:
- Update your password regularly.
- Use strong passwords combining uppercase, lowercase letters and numbers.
- Avoid entering your login credentials on public computers.
Thank you for your attention.
JIA wishes you peace of mind and safety.
