Return Policy

For Taiwan customers 

All members who shop online at JIA Shop enjoy a 7-day appreciation period (calculated from the day the customer receives the goods).

●  Unconditional return and exchange:
1. Delivered item does not match the ordered item. 
2. If the product is defective or damaged during delivery, please contact customer service at ec.service@jia-inc.com and attach a photo within 2 days after receipt.

●  Return
Subject to return conditions: please ensure that the product is unused and the package is intact (including the original packaging and tag or gifts, etc.), otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
After applying for the return, we will arrange the delivery company to pick up the goods within 3 working days. Please keep the phone on. 

Reminder
Please use a carton to protect the original color box. Do not directly paste the logistics list, and avoid destroying the color box or original packaging of the product, which will affect your right to return.

●  Refund
1. After the returned goods are received and confirmed, we will complete the refund within 5-7 working days. (Excluding weekends and national holidays)
--ATM transfer: the money will be returned to the original bank account of the remittance. Please confirm with the bank.

--Payment by credit card: the money will be refunded to the original credit card. If the credit card checkout date has passed during the refund operation period, the fee will be refunded to the next month's bill. .

2. If the return is with an electronic invoice issued for the current month of the order, no need to fill in the discount form and JIA will handle the discount work on its behalf. If there is a physical invoice, must include it with the return of the product. If the return is with a cross-month invoice, you must fill in the discount form to complete the refund procedure. 

●  Exchange
1. The exchange is mainly for the repair of defective and warranty products. We cannot provide color changes or item exchanges.
2. After you apply for the replacement, the customer service staff will contact you and arrange for the delivery company to pick up the goods within 3 working days. Please keep the phone on.

Notice for Overseas Orders
