Use

       For first time use, just clean it with neutral detergentand wipe dry. Add cooking oil and use low heat.

       It is recommended to cook with low to medium heat.

       It is recommended to use with silicone or wooden utensilsto make the cookware even more long lasting.

       It is recommended to clean with warm water. For toughstains, please use hot water and scrub with scrub pads with neutral detergents.

       Compatible with gas stove, ceramic stove. 

 

Care

       Not dishwasher safe. Not oven and microwave safe.

       When use with gas stove, make sure the flame do not reachover the bottom of the pan. Do not heat an empty pan.

       Please avoid thermal shock. After use, it is recommendedto wait for the pan to cool down gradually or clean with warm water.

       Do not hit the pan with sharp objects, it may damage thepan.

       When cooking with lid, please pay attention to theventilation hole to avoid scalding.

       Do not store food in the pan for an extended period oftime, especially soy sauce, vinegar or sodium based liquid.

       Please store in a well ventilated area. 

 

Q&A

1.   Do I need todo seasoning when I firstly use the non-stick pot? How to do the maintenance?

Answer: No seasoning needed for non-stick pots. Only wash it and boilwater for 5mins before first use. To maximize the product lifetime, apply athin layer of cooking oil before turning on the fire/heating to cook. The non-stickpot is easy for maintenance. Use neutral detergent and sponge to clean and wipethe cookware dry to prevent rust. 

2.    Usually, whatis the product life of a non-stick pot?

Answer: Non-stick pots can be used for a long time as long as thecoating still works. The habits and frequency of use will affect the life ofthe non-stick coating. Generally speaking, non-stick pans can be used for2-3years. With good maintenance and using it properly, it may be used for more than10 years. 

3.    Non-stickcoating is resistant to high temperatures of 260 degrees. How to know if thetemperature is too high when cooking?

Answer: When food is heated over 170 degrees, it will be burned.So if we cook the food with medium heat as suggested, and the food is not burned,the temperature is under 170 degrees and very safe and healthy with the non-stickcoating. 

4.    Will the potrelease aluminum when cooking? Is the non-stick coating safe?

Answer: The cookware applies the innovative “Thermal Bond” technologywith top of the class Xylan nonstick coating that is safe and PFOA free. It isdurable and scratch-resistant, certified by British Standard Test. Since fooddoes not have direct contact with the aluminum material, no aluminum will bereleased when use. 

5.    Is it normalto have small dents on the edge of the pot?

Answer: If there are black spots within 2mm on the edge of the pot,it is a normal phenomenon caused during the manufacturing process and will notaffect the function of the product. Please use it with peace of mind. 

6.    Why does thehandle of the pot smoke when cooking?

Answer: The Bakelite handle itself is resistant to high temperatures,but if moisture remains inside the handle after cleaning, it may cause smoke tobe generated during the cooking process. It can be avoided by drying the potafter cleaning. 

7.    Can thenon-stick pan be used to cook acidic food?

Answer: Cannot be used to cook acidic foods, such as sour bamboo shoots,sour cabbage, ginger and large intestine. 

8.    Can thenon-stick pan be put in the dishwasher?

Answer: Because the ingredients of the dishwashing liquid may causedamage to the coating or collision damage with other tableware during the cleaningprocess, it is recommended not to use a dishwasher to clean the non-stick pan.It is recommended to use hot water to clean the hot pot and cold water to cleanthe cold pot. It is recommended not to use detergent to extend the life of thecoating. 

9.    What are thecooking steps of the non-stick pan?

Answer: First add oil, then put the ingredients, then turn on thefire to heat / cook. Please do not heat the pan when the pan is empty. 

10.  Can I use a non-stick pan to cook crustacean seafood?

Answer: Shells, crab shells, chicken bones and other hard protrudingparts can easily damage the non-stick coating.
