1. How does eto work?

When you open a bottle of wine oxygen mixes with air and starts oxidation. Too much oxidation ruins any wine. 

eto's unique, patented preservation system creates a seal between the wine and the air, reducing your wine’s exposure to oxygen, slowing down the oxidation process and keeping its great taste for longer.

2. How long will wine keep in eto?

eto keeps your wine for up to 2weeks. 

Every wine is different, so the exact length of time depends on the wine’s age, style, grape variety, the wine making method, how vigorously you decant etc. 

Wine keeps for longer stored in a cool dark place.

3. What is the maximum and minimum of you can keep in to?

eto has been designed so that when you fully extend the neck you can decant a standard 750ml bottle into eto, have a glass or 2 & then store the remainder  - so you can store a maximum of 600ml (20oz) & a minimum of 175ml (6oz).

4. Can I store eto on its side in my wine fridge?

eto has been designed to be kept upright and may not seal if you put it on its side.

eto fits perfectly in a fridge door.  Wine keeps for longer stored in a cool dark place - wine experts recommend keeping your wine (even red wine) in the fridge.

5. Can I store sparkling wine in my eto?

No you can’t keep sparkling wine in eto because the pressure build up is too much.  eto has been designed for all still wines including fortified wines.
